Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, offers an RBT role in a center-based ABA program. You will supervise 1:1 and small-group sessions, implementing evidence-based ABA plans and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification or be willing to complete a 40-hour training and sit for the competency exam within 45 days.
• Willing to participate in background checks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing floor-level tasks as needed.
• Reliable transportation and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed protocols from the client's treatment plan created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Support parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment and behavior plans.
• Ensure timely documentation and communicate progress to families as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA with materials, assessments, and skills acquisition.
