Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a center-based ABA therapy program in Greenwood, Indiana seeking an RBT. The role involves 1:1 and group client care, data collection, and caregiver training under supervision.

Full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for supervision hours, wage access, and tuition discounts. Qualified candidates hold RBT certification, a High School Diploma or GED, and are willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be 18+ years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification; TB test annually.
• Must be physically able to perform job tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficiency with mobile data entry and digital applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols per the client’s treatment plan.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Assist in preparation of client materials and assessments.
