Job summary

Centria-Healthcare's Life Skills Autism Academy in Greenwood, IN, is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in a center setting.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, caregiver training, and collaboration with BCBA/BC. Must maintain safety, report incidents, and keep documentation up to date; opportunities include supervision hours and a structured pay plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to participate in background check and have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow behavior plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of incidents.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as directed.
