Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a center-based ABA Therapy program committed to helping young children reach their potential. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

We offer paid time off, an uncapped pay plan, tuition discounts, early wage access, and a practicum program to earn supervision hours. Must hold an RBT and be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification issued by BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and annual TB test.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform floor work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow treatment plans built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments.
