Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based treatment team, providing 1-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral plans and collect progress data for clients aged 2–15.

Qualifications

• Certified as an RBT and eligible in Nevada (or willing to obtain).
• Experience with children with ASD is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and fast-paced tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team.
• Assist with physically active sessions and child safety.
