Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based team, delivering 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBAs to clients aged 2–21.

The role offers potential for part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours, paid training, competitive compensation, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and others.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (standing, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Handle any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
