Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our Center-Based team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. CPR/First Aid certification and BACB RBT certification are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Assist BCBA under supervision and follow guidance to teach skills.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing supervision.
