Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and support; you will be prepared to help each child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to support children with autism.
• Teamwork and communication within a caregiving team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child's progress and safety.
