Job summary

Centria Autism in Salem, OR is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA's guidance, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team, and a pay range of $19.00–$24.00 per hour. Join us to help children reach their full potential and make a meaningful impact on families daily.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend).
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
