Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is a center-based ABA therapy program dedicated to helping children reach their potential through intensive one-on-one and group therapies.

The Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, in Center, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour. Benefits include PTO, structured pay, tuition discounts, practicum supervision hours, and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification from BACB.
• Willing to participate in background checks.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.
• Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavior protocols in client treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
