Job summary

Centria Life Skills Autism Academy, a center-based ABA program, seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Plano, TX. The role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm in center, with opportunities for supervision hours and wage advances.

Competitive pay from $18 to $25 per hour, benefits like paid time off, and a practicum program are offered. Qualified candidates will hold RBT certification, have HS/GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification.
• Background, safety, and basic health qualifications required.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plan developed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed.
• Use safe procedures and report incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC with materials and assessments.
