Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time, on-site work at our Plano Center. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implement treatment plans from a BCBA, and track progress while supporting families in a collaborative team.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; a $500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified RBTs. Competitive pay, health benefits, and PTO that grows with tenure are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
