CentrIA Autism's Life Skills Autism Academy in High Point, NC is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one and small group ABA services to children.

As an RBT you will implement treatment plans developed by BCBA/BC, collect data, train families, and maintain accurate documentation in a safe, engaging in-center setting.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, paid time off, tuition discounts, and a practicum program to earn supervision hours.

Formación

• Must hold current RBT certification from the BACB.
• Willing to participate in the company’s background check.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually.
• Must be able to perform physically (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in the client’s individualized treatment plan built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s treatment and behavior protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition.
