Job summary

Centria Life Skills Autism Academy in Tucker, GA seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support young children in a center-based ABA program. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm in center.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group coaching, data collection, parent training, and following BCBA treatment plans. Requires RBT certification, HS diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain RBT certification (BACB).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• TB test annually required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize client behavior data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment plans.
• Ensure timely documentation.
• Communicate progress to parents as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy space.
• Prepare client materials and assist with assessments.
