Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Logan, Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under supervision by a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and engage families to support learning and progress.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RBT certification or have completed a BACB-approved 40-hour training, with at least 1 year of experience with children or individuals with special needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour training recognized by BACB.
• 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development.
• Communicate with families about their child’s progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis.
