Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center in Lawrenceville is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings.

You will implement skill acquisition programs, run behavior reduction plans, and maintain precise records while collaborating with families and professionals. Adherence to BACB guidelines is required, with on-site supervision by a BCBA and a center-based environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• HS Diploma or GED required; relevant higher education preferred.
• Experience in ABA or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans.
• Execute behavior reduction plans and adhere to behavior protocols.
• Maintain precise client records including data sheets and notes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals on progress.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines in all interventions.
• Report incidents of abuse/neglect and assist training others.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and families.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.

Education

RBT Certification

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in psychology or related field
