Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time, center-based Clinician in Training to join a dedicated team and help transform the lives of children with autism. You will work in a center-based environment serving children aged 2–9, with a structured training timeline that includes shadowing, targeted programming, and gradual independence under BCBA supervision.

Our center operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Phase 1: shadowing and training under BCBA mentorship.
• Phase 2: targeted programming and assessments with supervision.
• Phase 3: CiT runs consults independently under oversight.

Responsibilities

• Share caseload with a mentor BA.
• Create and organize learner materials for caseload.
• Assist with supervision support for new hires and programming updates.
• Assist with progress reporting and data updates.
• Attend parent meetings and prepare materials for trainings.
• Contribute to chart updates and data sheets.
