Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Tempe, AZ. This full-time role involves 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA/BC supervision, supporting children on the autism spectrum in a center setting.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families to reinforce progress in language, communication, social, and academic skills. A minimum 18 years old and a current RBT certification or willingness to complete a 40-hour course are

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass background check if offered.
• Experience with children with autism or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care 1:1 and in group settings.
• Follow behavioral protocols and collect data as per treatment plan.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA/BC supervision.
• Ensure a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments.
