Job summary

Triumph ABA is seeking a Center Based Clinical Director/Lead BCBA in Raleigh, NC. This part‑time to start role requires active NC LBA licensure and BCBA certification, with hands‑on clinical leadership and a potential for increased hours as caseload grows.

The position offers a hybrid arrangement (in‑person and remote) with compensation of $95–$100 per hour, supporting excellent client outcomes and center development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active North Carolina LBA licensure to provide services.
• Experience supervising clinicians and working with children with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned client caseload and provide direct BCBA services.
• Lead clinical decisions related to treatment planning and programming.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to BCBAs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure documentation quality and compliance with BACB/NC requirements.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers.
• Support center growth and staff development.
