Job summary

Applied ABC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinically, grow professionally, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services with a dedicated care team. The hybrid/in-person role requires NC licensure and experience supervising RBTs.

You’ll manage caseloads, develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families across settings. Compensation includes $105,000–$110,000 annual salary plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 401(k) with 3% match, and comprehensive health,

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field
• Current 8-hour supervision certification
• North Carolina licensure where required
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies
• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland
• Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across various ages and support levels
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability and willingness to work hybrid and in person — not fully remote

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using BST
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed
• Support clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
