Applied ABC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinically, supervise staff, and deliver evidence-based ABA services with an emphasis on family collaboration and data-driven progress.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Master's in ABA or related field, and NC licensure as applicable. Hybrid and in-person work is required, with relocation possible for non-locals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• North Carolina licensure where required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies.
• Ability to work in hybrid and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and supervise RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming.
