Job summary

Applied ABC in North Carolina is seeking a Center-Based BCBA for a full-time role with hybrid work options. Lead clinically, supervise RBTs, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families.

The role features a relocation bonus up to $10,000, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, and development support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guide treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BCBA staff.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder populations.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and lead the clinical team with evidence-based plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs using BST and approved protocols.
• Deliver parent training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor client progress with ongoing data analysis and adjust programs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA.
