Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in Albuquerque. You will work one-on-one with each child, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes patience, compassion, and teamwork. We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within required timeframe.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA under supervision to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow evidence-based techniques and participate in training and meetings.
