Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes play-based interactions, accurate data collection, and collaboration with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experience required – we train you

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
