Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide life-changing ABA therapy to children aged 2-12. You will contribute to a friendly, team‑oriented environment while delivering one-on-one interventions focused on natural play and skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification OR obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with children ages 2–12 in classroom, daycare, or 1:1 settings preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for sessions.
• Communicate progress and guidance to parents/caregivers.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings and maintain certification timelines.
