Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. BTs provide 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBA supervisors in a center-based setting for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation required.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage with children during sessions with physical activity as needed.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
