Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children with autism from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team in a center-based setting.

BTs work 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting treatment plans. The role offers paid training, guaranteed hours potential, and competitive compensation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires active RBT certification and reliable transportation.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD is preferred.
• Ability to protect confidentiality of information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans created by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Assist families in implementing treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Respond to client and family needs and communicate with supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team members.
• Assist with physically supporting children during sessions as needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA.
