Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-on-1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.

BTs work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral plans, collect data, and train families under BCBA guidance, while maintaining open communication with families, supervisors and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred, training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement BCBA-designed plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with activities and safety to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
