Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team, delivering 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting with BCBA collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication with ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move around the session area, including various movements.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
