Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support one-on-one treatment in a center-based setting. The BT will work with BCBA-guided plans, collect progress data, and assist families in implementing treatment plans. Strong communication and dependable work ethic are essential as clients range from ages 2 to 15.

This role offers potential for part-time or full-time hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth in behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist with session activities with children aged 2–15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
