Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to join our team in a center-based setting, providing 1-1 ABA treatment under the supervision of BCBAs for children from birth to 21 years with autism spectrum disorders.

We offer part-time or full-time guaranteed hours, paid training, competitive compensation, and a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on positive family outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, with training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report updates.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
