Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, center-based behavioral health services for children from birth to 21. Join a team where BTs work closely with BCBAs to implement personalized treatment plans.

Roles involve data collection, coaching families, and active engagement with children in an energetic, fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, though training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with family training on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with children during sessions (movement, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
