Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, working 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, support families, and maintain clear communication with the treatment team in a fast-paced, collaborative center environment designed to positively impact families and children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and compliance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and staff.
• Assist with safety and mobility during sessions with children 2–15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
