Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting, supporting clients ages 2-15 under the supervision of BCBAs. This role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client under BCBA plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Ensure safety and assist with physical activities as needed.
• Perform additional tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
