Job summary

Centria Autism in Dearborn, MI is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement classroom-based behavior plans, teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, and help reduce challenging behaviors.

Training is provided; candidates without experience are welcome. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with opportunities for growth and a positive, collaborative team

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and track progress.
• Participate in a supportive team environment and complete required training.
