Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting safety and positive behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Eligible to pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and assist with transitions between activities.
