Centria is seeking a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center clinical team in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead ABA therapy delivery, supervise technicians, and implement assent-based behavior plans in a supportive setting.

Formación

• Current BCBA certification or enrollment in a Masters ABA program.
• Experience leading ABA therapy in-center settings.
• Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians and maintain clinical excellence.
• Strong data collection and treatment planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center environment.
• Provide daily support to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making.
