Centria in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy in a clinical setting. The role offers strong clinical support, a focus on outcomes, and meaningful career growth.

You will work with families onsite and supervise technicians, ensuring evidence-based practices and assent-based care. The package features a base salary up to $105,000 (experience-based), a signing bonus from $2,500, and monthly/weekly bonuses averaging $1,000+.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in Arizona
• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a center-based setting
• Provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical excellence
• Engage parents during on-site training to drive progress

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
