Job summary
Centria in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a purpose-built clinical setting. You’ll lead therapy delivery, supervise Technicians, and develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans, with strong clinical support and predictable schedules.
We offer a competitive base salary up to $105,000, a $10,000 signing bonus, and a monthly/weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000+ per month, plus a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
- Guide Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical excellence.
- Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans using ABA principles.
- Engage parents during on-site training to drive progress.
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
