Centria Autism in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Center-Based BCBA to lead ABA therapy in a purpose-built in-center setting. You will mentor Behavior Technicians and design assent-based behavior plans grounded in ABA principles.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

• Support and guide Behavior Technicians daily.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with supervision and data review.
