Epic Minds Therapy in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center ABA clinic full-time. You will lead assessment and program development for children, and supervise RBTs.

Qualifications

• Must have a BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA programming and monitor client progress with data-driven decisions.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
