Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking BCBAs to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. You will design and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum while collaborating with a supportive, multi-tiered clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for exam in the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality handling.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for clients with autism.
• Monitor client progress and share achievements with families.
• Provide family coaching to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, and training of staff.
• Assist during sessions with physical activities as needed.
