Job summary

Ability Builders in Northern Virginia or Maryland is hiring BCBA professionals to deliver ABA services to children with autism. The role includes administering and supervising behavioral assessments, and designing individualized goals and behavior support plans based on data.

You will supervise technicians, conduct family training sessions, and participate in regular supervision. Schedule is Monday–Friday with weekends as needed; BCBA and Virginia LBA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented to collect quantifiable data for continual evaluation of behavior plans and goals.
• Oversee ongoing individual programs, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and render family training sessions as prescribed in the ITP.
