Proud Moments ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Portsmouth, VA area to lead high-quality ABA services for children from birth to 21. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of our behavioral technician team.
• Physically assist during sessions as children move, including standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and dynamic activities across ages 2–15.
