Proud Moments ABA in Maryland is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts.

As a Proud Moments BCBA, you will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and support a multi-tiered clinical team with data-driven treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligible to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and fast-paced environment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change behaviors.
• Monitor progress as clients develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the team.
• Physically participate in sessions with children, including activities requiring movement and lifting.
