Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ, seeks a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using evidence-based practices. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise a dedicated team.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and a base salary of $85,000 to $95,000, with potential total compensation of up to $116,600 including bonuses. Benefits include paid medical insurance, access to clinical support, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
