A leading ABA provider in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Qualifications
- Must possess a Master's degree in a related field.
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Must complete BCBA supervision training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments including FBAs.
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and team members.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
