Children's Specialized ABA in Clark, New Jersey, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position offers a flexible schedule within a 25-hour work week, focusing on a holistic approach to therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessments.
• Design and modify treatment programs according to ABA principles.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and other team members.
