Job summary
Proud Moments ABA in Chesapeake, VA seeks a licensed BCBA to join as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism and collaborate with our clinical support team to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA license (or sitting for the exam within 3 months).
- Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
- Share in client achievements as skills improve.
- Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
- Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
- Supervise and train the clinical team of technicians.
- Assist with client movement and activity during sessions.
