Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Chesapeake, VA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, while collaborating with a multi-tiered clinical team and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share in client achievements.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns.
• Provide supervision, support, and training to our behavioral technicians.
• Move with clients during sessions; assist with activities and safety.
